End of the season…

The Nursery is closed for the 2013 season now, although visitors are always welcome by appointment and I can do mail order if required.

This season has been the first one that the Nursery premises have been open here and it has been successful with a good number of hopefully satisfied customers! As word spreads about the Nursery in this area, I am hoping to meet even more local gardeners as they come to have a browse!

We continue to have ideas on modifying the compact nursery area- primarily to try and foil the slugs/snails which have been rather a challenge, especially in wet spells!

We look forward to re-opening in April 2014, and will be offering lots of different perennials including Dianthus Monksilver Black and Hedychium Tara. Also, we will be attending a few local plant fairs which were most enjoyable this year, starting off with  the lovely Athelhampton on the first May bank holiday.

Wishing all our customers a peaceful winter (Happy Xmas!!) and we look forward to seeing you again when the new growing season begins.
