Craft & Garden Fair at Breamore House 27 & 28th June

Our next plant sale is this coming weekend at Breamore House near Fordingbridge SP6 2DF on 27th & 28th June, 10am-6pm.

Admission is £4.50 for adults,children free.There will be loads of stalls to browse and refreshments are available.

Entry to the house is available separately.

Next event Spetisbury Festival Country Day…

spetisburyHoping the weather stays nice for our next sale at Spetisbury next Saturday! This is our first time selling at this event so I hope lots of people will like our plants and they will go into many local cottage gardens! Will be taking a good assortment of different perennials- Sidalcea Brilliant and Purpurea are in flower/bud, several different varieties of Phlox, Heuchera, the perennial Digitalis Illumination Pink and hardy biennial Digitalis Camelot, Astrantia’s are flowering, Brunneras-great for the shade under trees….and lots of others!

There will be a large selection of choice plants raised by plant Heritage members and small nurseries, at reasonable prices. Garden sundries, plant and garden related bric a brac, books, preserves, cakes and teas and much more.

This event is really worth popping in to as there is a good selection of interesting plants on offer and the homemade cakes are yummy!!  🙂

Our second event is the following Saturday,13th June at Spetisbury for their festival which is held near Crawford bridge.

”The popular Country Day on Saturday June 13th is a celebration of country pursuits with activities and entertainment for all the family. Have a go at archery, clay pigeon shooting, air rifles or wellie throwing and watch demonstrations of Liberty Hawks, gun dogs, fly fishing and wildfowlers. Then there’s the ferret racing, alpacas, music, food, Pimm’s tent, bar and much more.

The Handicraft and Produce Tent will be taking entries in both adult and children’s classes by 11am so try your hand – entry forms can be downloaded from

Adults £6, children under 14 free (and free to entrants in the above H+P tent.) 10.30am – 6pm in the fields across Crawford Bridge, Spetisbury at the south end of the village, DT11 9EA.”
