It’s the end of the 2020 plant season for us…..

What a very weird 2020 season this has been for everyone! All but one event cancelled, but we did manage to sell at the plant event at Athelhampton House a couple of weeks ago…and BOY how we enjoyed it and so did everyone who attended I’m certain, customers and other plants people. It was a perfect day with glorious Autumn weather and fab sales!

The end of the season is here for us-the plants are looking ropey and so am I! It’s time to try and motivate myself to belatedly Spring clean the house and do a bit of decorating. The nursery will be re-opening in April, all being well.

Many thanks to all our lovely customers who have supported us during this most odd time of selling from the front of the house contact free. We really hope you’ve pleased with the plants that you’ve bought from us.

Stay safe and see you next year!

Happy Gardening x

Mapperton on Sept 20th cancelled.

We’re sad to report that Mapperton House & the event organisers have decided to cancel the plant fair that was planned for this coming Sunday.

Please find a link below to find all the info about getting a refund.

We’re sad not to be able to sell at this event and to see all the lovely customers we always see there and who I know will be very disappointed not to be going plant hunting! Wishing everyone better times in 2021.

PLANT FAIR this SUNDAY 13th Sept..

Just confirming that the Plant Heritage Autumn Plant fair will still be going ahead this coming Sunday 13th Sept between 10-3pm.

All relevant details and the link to book your tickets is below…you just need to click on link to the Athelhampton House page to book.

Hope to see you there-look for us by the dove cote!

Please follow our one way route and keep 2m apart where possible to keep us and you Covid-19 safe. Thank you.

Plant Fair next week!

This is a reminder that our first, and penultimate, plant event of this totally weird season is a week today at Athelhampton House on Sunday 13th Sept, between 10-3. Tickets will need to be pre-booked unless you are a Plant Heritage member.

We’re really looking forward to seeing everybody but please be aware that we still need to ”Be Alert” as care is needed to protect ourselves and others around us from the Covid-19 virus. We are expecting to be able to arrange our stand so customers can adopt a one way route. Hand sanitiser will be available and although we still prefer payment by cash, contact free card payment will hopefully be possible, ofcourse depending on the signal!!

Please remember to keep your distance when enjoying your plant hunting visit.

See you there!
